Chris has been involved in web marketing since 2002, beginning with his work in the AOL Internet Department, where he managed the customer support team for AOL’s display advertising. He considers one of the greatest challenges—and most exciting aspects—of the search and internet marketing field to be its ever-changing nature. Chris is passionate about growing, learning, experimenting, and implementing online strategies. He also enjoys creating new tools and systems to streamline processes and maximize the benefits of web technologies.
Catherine develops and executes business strategies, plans, and procedures to support company objectives. She creates structured performance and growth plans for employees while establishing policies and processes that reinforce the company’s culture and vision. Catherine oversees daily operations across all departments—including Website Design, Graphic Design, SEO, Social Media, Reputation Management, Paid Search, and the Leadership Team—to ensure efficiency and alignment.
Steve is a seasoned marketing and account management leader with more than 15 years of experience. He began his career at Bank of America before transitioning into digital marketing. Since 2017, Steve has held a leadership role, including National Director of Account Management and currently Vice President of Account Management. He is dedicated to building strong client relationships, driving customer success, and ensuring clear communication between clients and the teams supporting their accounts.
Emily is a people-first marketer with a hospitality mindset and a passion for building authentic brands that truly connect. As Director of Managed Services, she leads a talented team specializing in SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and reputation management. Under her leadership, the team delivers results-driven strategies that help local and national brands increase visibility and achieve meaningful growth. Emily is known for her ability to position her team as a digital hype squad—ensuring clients show up, stand out, and stay top of mind.
